Install terms 

£10 non-refundable deposit is needed to be paid before the install.If you’re needing the wig to be plucked and/or bleached it would be £20 extra and if you could drop the wig atleast 2 days before the install (the earlier you can drop the wig off the easier it is- make sure the lace is clean!) 

- Prior to the install if you could:

1. Please come with your hair already braided down and powder (preferably) or foundation in your colour 

2. Please ensure you come on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without an explanation a charge may occur.

Rush Fee

Rush services is for any wig services needed in less than 2 weeks. Rush services are available for orders needed quickly while still ensuring the quality of the service as much as possible. Only ask for a rush fee if it is absolutely necassary. Rush fees vary in prices and are as follows:

  • Services (excluding colouring)= £15 
  • Colouring= £25
  • Custom Made Units= £40 (rush fee can only be applied if needed in less than 2 week AND if the hair is in stock)

Please put in your notes before checking out that you would like the rush fee and the date you would like to receive your order. You will then receive an email within 24 hours providing you instructions. 

Refund policy

Refunds are not available for custom units. Full refunds are available for every other services within 24 hours.

After the given time period for a full refund, only a partial refund can be offered. Partial refunds are not available for custom units unless quality is significantly below standards.

When purchasing any services which require you to send hair to me please read the following:

  • Once you have purchased the service please ship the hair out as soon as possible unless discussed otherwise.
  • If you fail to do this, there will be a delay in you receiving the hair back and a rush charge will be added if the hair is needed in less than 2 weeks AFTER I receive the hair.
  • Please ensure you send as many photos or give a very descriptive description about what you would like. Please refrain from changing your mind if I have already started working on the wig as much as possible. 
  • Deposit must be paid in advance before sending the hair.
  • Full payment must be paid before hair is sent back to you.

When purchasing any other services please read the following:

  • Waiting time is 2-4 weeks once I have received the hair. If you need the hair quicker, a rush charge will be added please email for more information.
  • Only certain orders qualify for a rush charge service- please read the Rush Fee section above.
  • Please state the date you want the hair for within 24 hours of purchasing. Failure to do this may result in a delay with the hair being made in time.
  • Any colouring services, please send through more than 5 pictures of what you would like. A consultation will then happen to make sure you receive what you want.
  • Custom Units with hair provided by us full/half payment must be paid before we can work or send the unit back to you.
  • Hair bought from us requires minimum 2 week wait to maximum 4 week wait.

Processing time for payments is up to a week. 

Shipping policy

Shipping is available to most countries in Europe and USA. If your country isn't available to ship to, please send an email to Lbmwigs@gmail.com to work something out. Once package has been posted (along with proof of purchase), LBMwigs is no longer responsible for the package.

All shipping within the UK is Next Day Delivery (NDD) and is £10.

Please refer to the table below for shipping prices outwith of the UK.
